Return Processes

  1. When returning any part of your order. please email to our Customer Service at support@roguedrop.comfirst. indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. Our Customer Service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days. After receiving return instructions from us. please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.After getting the tracking number. send it to our customer service mailbox so that we can distinguish the order. otherwise it will not be accepted
  4. If your return request is accepted. most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been issued. you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Return Conditions

  1. If the return is caused by the consumer. consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons. the goods received are damaged or not correct. and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn. damaged. washed. or altered in any way.
  3. Items with non-returnable marks cannot be returned.
  4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  6. Please note that unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection or not contacting us to modify the information before the package sent cannot be considered as a product quality problem and are the responsibility of the customer. 
  7. Please note that the customer is responsible for the loss or return of the package due to incomplete or incorrect information when placing an order and not contacting us before delivery.
  8. Please note that once the package leaves the Customs of the origin. the shipping responsibility will be handed over to the carrier. If the package is lost during this period. please contact the carrier for your inquiry and claim.
  9. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Roguedrop.
  10. The package that has been dispatched or in transit cannot be refunded.
  11. If the product itself has quality problems. please contact our customer service WITHN 24 hours . We will send you a new product free of charge after verifying your order information and product breakage.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it's cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment. a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.

Standard Delivery : 10-25 business days

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts: Total time = Processing time + Shipping time. These days it may take more time to deliver.  

Processing time: 1-3 business days(while some items may need 3-7 business days). 

Shipping Time:  We use outside delivery companies (UPS. FedEx. DHL and USPS) and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

3.About Order Tracking
Once the package is sent. we will send you a shipment notification e-mail.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in the e-mail or by logging in to your account on tide-custom.

 

4.What To Do If The Shipment Is Delayed?
If the product you ordered is out of stock. it may take longer to ship because the factory has to produce it before it can be shipped to you.

We will inform you by email whether the order is out of stock. If it is out of stock. you can also choose any item on the website with a price difference of less than $5 to replace it.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However. additional time may be required due to address issues and customs clearance.

4) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in destination country. Especially for expedited shipping. please kindly allow some working days of delivery to your address. even likely " not found ". Thanks for your patience. 5) If the package is not delivered within 30 days after you place the order. please contact customer service within 180 days after placing the order. we will reply you within 24 hours.

6) Please know that the address of your package can be modified before it is sent out. but the address cannot be modified when the goods are sent out.
